A strong healthy heart is vital for longevity. Join us for an interactive game while learning the basics about the heart and the risk factors associated with heart disease. Discover how controlling your risk factors helps you maintain your heart health.

Concord VNA will have you engaged in a trivia game to learn more about your heart health!
Meals on Wheels will provide lunch at 12PM ((sweet and sour meatballs, rice pilaf, vegetables, dinner roll, fruit cup, milk, dessert). If you have dietary restrictions, you may bring a bag lunch.)
